Last Friday, Former President and now House Speaker of the Philippines, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, visited the San Simon Industrial Park (SSIP) and checked the construction plan of the Global Aseana Business Park 2, the newest multi-billion peso investment in San Simon town. JOMOO was invited to participate in it by Global Aseana Chairman Jerry Sy. During the visit, Ms. Arroyo expressed her warm welcome to JOMOO's joining and shook hands with James Tan, General Manager of JOMOO Philippine Operations Center. She noted that not only does the join of outstanding enterprises strengthen this project, it also pulls much weight for the development of San Simon.

As a strategic partner, JOMOO will enter the Philippines' first large building materials market — Global Construct City (GCC) that located in Global Aseana 2. Covering an area of 350,000 square meters, Global Construct City supports facilities including Business Hotel, Global Convention, and Exhibition Center, E-Commerce Building, "Global Construct City E-Commerce Network Platform", Food Street, and Logistics Park. It is the first, largest, and most complete building materials wholesale market in the Philippines.
