JOMOO Design Forum 2018 took place earlier today in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. 

This event under the theme 'Start Your Smart Life' included speeches, conversations, competitions from interior designers, architects, practitioners in sanitary industry, and media.

The development of technology brings forth the new through the old intelligent products, again and again, we seem to be able to fetch the new ones in no time, except in this area — sanitary, its innovation hasn't been well-known by the majority of people, who still hold the old view on these products they use every day.

"As smartphones are getting closer to tie up your hands, our smart toilets are to release your hands in the most comfortable way."

At the forum, Matthias Lehner, JOMOO Senior Product Designer in European Operations Center, shared his insight into the megatrend "Connectivity & Health" of product design and how JOMOO follows the trend to bring users exceptional experience.

Products like JOMOO M5 Intelligent Toilet with the smart control system and G6 Intelligent Toilet installed IoT voice interaction technology are aimed at building connectivity. For "health", Matthias think it's not just about doing sport or eat healthy food, but how people create their whole way of life. In the future, there will be lots of products making our health situation visually, like JOMOO Smart Mirror that can sense the data of human bodies, working as your health assistant.

"Our main advantage is offering the whole range of bathroom appliances, focusing on holistic experience with care, understanding and innovative ideas." 

Alberto Zatta, the famous Italian architect, also shared some valuable ideas of design to the audiences during the forum.

After the forum, attendees visited JOMOO's showroom and ID Center, exchanging their opinions over the design of kitchen and bathroom products. 

What brought lots of surprises is a themed competition came later, in which interior designers applied JOMOO products into various featured bathroom spaces and drew up their works on site by groups.
